About Elite Epoxy Port St. Lucie
Elite Epoxy Port St. Lucie is a licensed and insured epoxy contractor serving Port St. Lucie, FL and the surrounding area since 2016. We handle residential and commercial epoxy projects with a focus on proper preparation, dependable workmanship, and results built to last.
Elite Epoxy Port St. Lucie has served Port St. Lucie since 2016 as an epoxy flooring contractor for homeowners, commercial facilities, and light industrial spaces. Our work is built around clean layouts, durable chemistry, and a jobsite process that stays predictable from estimate to final walk-through. You get clear options for finish, texture, and maintenance, with honest guidance on what actually holds up in garages, shops, warehouses, and retail floors.
We install 100 percent solids epoxy, polyaspartic topcoats, and urethane cement systems when heat, moisture, or chemical exposure calls for it. Typical prep includes diamond grinding with HEPA-dust extraction, crack and joint repair with epoxy gel or polyurea, moisture-vapor testing, and proper primer selection (including moisture-mitigating epoxy where needed). We also handle flake broadcast systems, quartz, metallic epoxy, anti-slip aggregates, cove base details, and clean transitions at doorways and drains.
Built on Preparation and Craftsmanship means we do the parts that most failures come from, concrete evaluation, surface profile (CSP) grinding, edge work, and correct recoat windows between primer, build coat, and topcoat. We measure, mix, and apply by spec using calibrated mixing, gauge rakes, notched squeegees, and back-rolling to maintain even film build and consistent texture. The goal is a floor that bonds tight, cures correctly in Florida humidity, and looks as good a year from now as it does the day it’s installed.
Whether you are planning a new epoxy project or need repairs to existing epoxy in Port St. Lucie, our team is ready to help. Call now or send a request and we will get back to you within one business day.
